Not being here and buying a house could have been really crazy and scary, but she made it as
stress-free and easy as possible. After making 4 offers, we got a really good deal on a home right where
we wanted to live! We would definitely recommend her.
For my wife and I, the last year of our lives have been absolutely crazy and there were so many unknowns! But the biggest was how to buy a house. Our savior was our Realtor, Donna Rudzik. She war referred to us by the University program. Before we arrived she emailed us almost daily She was able to tell us whether it was a good neighborhood, if it was on a busy street, or how close it was to work. Upon arriving, Donna picked us up from our hotel and we spent the next couple of days looking at houses. We looked at the perfect amount. Come to find out many of the houses we were interested in, Donna had already scouted out, and only took us to the best ones. Through email, Donna was able to determine the type of house we liked, where the best place for us to live would be. Our price range was very important to her. Donna made it comfortable for the two of us, and we ended up with a home we absolutely love. I can't praise Donna enough for all of the hard work she did for us, and I would recommend her to anyone needing help with buying (or selling, as we will probably need her again to sell!).
It is difficult to summarize in a short paragraph how much Donna meant to us. After living 40+ years in CA, this major move was very stressful, she did everything she could to eliminate our stress! Her great attidue and experience left us no areas of concern. This is the 5th house we’ve bought/sold and we both feel this was the smoothest and most fun!
Selling our first home was an emotional decision. We were nervous and unsure what to expect. After the first meeting with Donna, we knew we were in good hands. She has been informative and explained everything. She has gone over and beyond in negotiations to make sure we get the most money out of our home as well as the best deal in the purchase of our new home. She communicates with us daily and we know she works hard long after hours to get the job done. She has high moral standards, and is honest and trustworthy. We’ve already referred her to friends!
I was nervous to buy a house on my own. The variety of homes Donna showed to me was spectacular. She was informative and FUN to work with. Donna had an answer for every single concern. She took into account my personal life and concerns well, and just isn’t all about business. It was almost like she knew what I would work and what wouldn’t work for me. And she was always available and returned calls right away. All in all I had a fun, warm, exciting time looking for my new home. I will be happy to send my friends and family her way!
